Below is the job description: - POSITION: - DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER-PMS EXPERIENCE: - ABOVE 20 YEARS SALARY RANGE: - MAXIMUM 22.00 LPA PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION: This position is a critical resource for the PMS department functioning at the operating unit. To extend complete functional support to the PMS team at HO in delivering the responsibilities related to PMS at the operating unit, with the available team, and meet the management expectations To extend complete administrative support to the Site-HR head in discharging the responsibilities under the scope of PMS department. Ensure closure of all transnational activities under the scope of PMS department Initiate and accomplish given tasks as detailed hereunder.
Job Profile :  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Critical: - Compiling objectives of the business/function Cascading of objectives into goal sheets Employee Goal setting (KRA/KPIs) Performance appraisals and reviews Post appraisal feedback to employees Administration of PMS policies Interphase with the contracting agencies on PMS related processes Interphase with the L&D team on PMS related processes Exit management process: - Critical responsibilities for Performance appraisal process: Understand concept of MOM performance appraisal theme in line with KSK philosophy Ensure goal setting with KRA/KPIs as per roles and responsibilities from employee PD Interact with stakeholders, obtain feedback on the appraisal process and facilitate with inputs for process. improvement.
Desired Profile  :  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: PG with specialization in Human Resource 20-24 yrs. of experience with focus on Performance appraisals, hands on experience on executing and fulfilling organization charts and Position descriptions Experience of working in thermal power plants preferred Excellent interpersonal skills Very good skills on employee counselling methods Very good proficiency in working with MS Office applications
